Terms governing Sopal account creation and usage
By creating an account with Sopal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Account Terms & Conditions, as well as Sopal's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where you access or use Adjudicator Insights, the Adjudicator Insights Terms also apply and form part of these Account Terms; where you access or use the Nominating Authority Statistics, the Nominating Authority Statistics Terms likewise apply and form part of these Account Terms.

Our total liability related to your account, including all purchases and services, shall not exceed $100 AUD or the total amount you have paid to Sopal in the 12 months prior to the claim, whichever is greater.
